Why in Database: Turtle elements in this series can be divided into five types:
– The first are mentions in dialogues.
– The other iare a real turtle.
– The third one is a tattoo with Leonardo, one of ninja turtles, which has one of the side characters (the character is called Stella Carlin, she is played by Ruby Rose, out of 9 episodes she appeared in, in 7 you can spot a tattoo).
– The fourth is turtle music, ie a song by The Turtles.
– The fifth is only an assumption that the elements seen in the background are turtle in nature.
Season 2, Episode 7 – Comic Sans – In this episode, the turtle is only mentioned in the dialogue, while editing a prison newspaper, one character wonders who would have thought Caputo (the prison warden) had a turtle .
Who would have thought that Caputo had a turtle?
Season 2, Episode 8 – Appropriately Sized Pots – also in this episode the turtle is only in dialogue, one character tells another that he smells like turtle tank and should take a shower.

Season 2, Episode 11 – Take a Break from Your Values – In one of the memoir scenes, in a hippie car, you can hear the song “Let Me Be” by The Turtles.
Season 3, Episode 6 – Ching Chong Chang – In this episode, the turtles appear as a verbal mention and smuggled egg turtles – hence the quote, the supplier mentions large turtles, from Venezuela.

Season 3, Episode 9 – Where My Dreidel At – The third episode featuring character with the tattooed Ninja turtle (Leonardo), however the first one where we can see him quite well.
Season 3, Episode 10 – A Tittin ‘and a Hairin – You may notice a tattoo. In addition, in one of the memories/flashbacks, behind the protagonist in the background, you can see something that may suggest associations with turtle shells, in a version that looks like part of the activities at the camp (in this scene, the mother picks up her little daughter from such a camp). Whether the association is correct, we do not know, we leave it to your own assessment.
Season 3, Episode 11 – We Can Be Heroes – You can’t see the tattoo, but it is mentioned in the dialogue.
– I completely convinced myself that you were hooking up with that Stella chick.
– She has a Ninja Turtle tattoo.
– I know! And that annoying dingo-fucker accent.
Season 3, Episode 12 – Don’t Make Me Come Back There – You can see the tattoo.
Season 3, Episode 13 – Trust No Bitch – You can see the tattoo. Moreover, in the final scene, when the prisoners left the prison grounds through the hole in the fence and were “relaxing” in a nearby lake, a real turtle appears and bites one of the characters on the leg. Unfortunately, she throws him, another character finds him and brings him back, but she thrown him again.
Season 4, Episode 6 – Piece of Shit – You can see the tattoo.
