Various Wartortle

One of the first three Turtle Pokemon introduced at the very beginning of the creation of Pokemon world, and perhaps the most underrated and overlooked of that three, most attention, products, etc., is usually about Squirtle, which is the first form, or Blastoise, the final form.

Below is a list of episodes in which this Pokemon appears – the first number is the overall number of the episode, the second is the number of the episode within the sub-series, AG is Advanced Generation, PK is a special episode (focusing on Pikachu). Episode numbers according to the Bulbapedia.

053The Purr-fect Hero – Wartortle is in “Who’s that Pokemon” quiz.
060Beach Blank-Out Blastoise – There is a shell-like island where Blastoise live, with lots of Squirtle and Wartortle.
086Pikachu Re-Volts – Wartortle is one of the rebeled/controlled pokemons.
091Bye Bye Psyduck – You can see a fragment of Wartortle in Misty’s thinks/dreams.
106The Pokémon Water War – Episode full of pokemon-firefighters, and of course, with many scenes with Squirtle, Blastoise, and Wartortle.
108Pokémon Double Trouble – In one fragment you can see training Pokémon, including Wartortle.
122Flower Power – Two Wartortles are visible for a moment.
147The Fire-ing Squad! – The Wartortle firesquad from Episode 106 is back. Lots of scenes with Ash’s Squirtle and Squirtle Squad too.
216Dueling Heroes – We see a defeated Wartortle in the fight for a short time, at the end there’s Squirtle in the background as well.
219Hi Ho Silver… Away! – Wartortle is in memories, when one character describes a ship/storm.

289 – AG015Gonna Rule The School! – For a moment, in a room full of trainers and their pokemons, you can see one with Wartortle.
336 – AG062Disguise Da Limit – Someone’s Wartortle is shown fighting a Skitty for a while.
366 – AG092Judgment Day! – A trainer arrives, with all three Kanto starters in their second form – Wartortle, Ivysaur and Charmeleon. The aforementioned Wartortle also evolves towards the end of the episode.
1087 – JN002 – Legend? Go! Friends? Go! – Squirtle is visible on the poster, Blastoise can be seen in the photo in the presentation. In person, Squirtle and Wartortle are seen in this episode.
1143 – JN058 – A Rollicking Roll… Eyes on the Goal! – An episode whose second section is completely turtle, with all the Poke-turtles appearing in it (existing at the moment of the episode’s premiere, of course), including Wartortle. We have screenshots from this episode separately, in this note.
1221 – JN136 – This Could be the Start of Something Big! – Squirtle, Wartortle and Blastoise appears. Wartortle and Blastoise are with some trainer, Squirtle is with Oak.
PO01File 1: Red – At the beginning, in the background behind Professor Oak you can see contour silhouettes of many pokemons, including Wartortle.
PO02File 2: Cubone – Speech only, Blue throws a Pokeball and yells “Wartortle”, but the fight itself with one of the Team Rocket members takes place outside the frame.
PK01Pikachu’s Vacation – There are Wartortles here and there, among many other Pokémon.
