Toby Tortoise is the Disney incarnation of the turtle from the famous story about The Tortoise and the Hare.
He made his debut in 1935 in “The Tortoise and the Hare”, and a year later he also starred in “Toby Tortoise Returns”. We describe both animations in this note.
