Throckmorton

Why in Database: Throckmorton is a turtle, one of the two main characters (next to the hare, Harry) of “Tortoise and the Hare” comics that could be found in magazines such as Animal Antics, Comic Cavalcade or Leading Screen Comic . Generally speaking, Throcky is an honest and at times naive turtle who is notoriously subject to various machinations of a hare, who is lazy and tries to “set up” at the expense of his neighbor. Almost always, thanks to pure luck, support of the turtle family or self-deduction, Throckmorton gets his way and Harry is punished by fate (he is very rarely punished by the turtle himself).
