Why in Database: Tenderfoot is a turtle that appears in one of the comics featured in Scamp #07. At the beginning, we see him in an aquarium in a pet store. Because of the urging of Scampa, he gets out of it and sets off to explore the world. It turns out that the turtle, accustomed to its previous life (especially feeding), does not think that world outside the shop is place for him.
