Slogg is the name of the turtle-like race that appears in the She-Hulk comics series. They are similar to turtles and have a stereotypical turtle traits, i.e. they are slow (in speaking e.g.).
She-Hulk I, #7 They make their debut, on one page they have a couple of frames (they introduce themselves, slooooowly), we get to know the name of one of them, Rollo (prince).
She-Hulk II, #3: Prince Rollo appears in one frame.
