Why in Database: Turtle is a human appearing in one of the comics in Zoot Comics #02. He is a thief, he and Silver have stolen a dangerous item and the comic is about the good guys trying to get it back. Turtle is just a name or a nickname, other than that, this character has nothing to do with turtles.
