Why in Database: The turtles in this movie appears mainly in dialogue. One of the characters (the shaman) is said to have all sorts of things in his sack, including the bones (hind legs?) of the turtles. You can also see the contents of the bag spilling out, but to see if there are any tortoises on the bones is beyond my knowledge about the anatomy of turtles.

In that stinking cat-skin bag he’s got a couple of dozen bits of bones from the hind legs of anteaters and tortoises, baboons and whatnot.
