Why in Database: We found the turtle elements in two episodes:
S01E01 – Tourist Trapped – A boy sitting on a bench and holding a turtle appears in a flashback/memory scene. The protagonist asks him if he likes turtles, says that she also likes turtles, and suggests that this creates a bond between them.
– Oh my gosh, you like turtles? I like turtles too! What is happening here?
S01E10 – Fight Fighters – In one of the scenes, the protagonist mentions that he cannot find any typical “power-ups” anywhere like turkey legs, pizza boxes or golden rings – where, of course, pizza is a traditional energy element in games with Ninja Turtles.
Well, we don’t have any traditional power ups: turkey legs, pizza boxes, or gold rings. How about … half a taco?
