Fastback

Why in Database: Fastback, (real name Timmy Joe Terrapin) is a character from “Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew!” and apperas in the comic book series with identical name (and have a cameo in Robot Chicken).

He is part of a group of very-fast-turtles, along with his uncle, The Terrific Whatzit (Fastback doesn’t know that his uncle have a secret, quick identity) and Crasha, who exists both as a character from another universe in the DC multiverse and as a hero of comic books created by the civil alter ego of Captain Carrot.

He gained his powers (most often we can see his speed, thanks to which, in addition to the obviously “being fast”, he is able to create tornadoes) from a piece of meteorite that fell into his shell, after it disintegrated above the ground. This meteorite gave powers to the entire zoo team (only the captain has a slighly different story and was not exposed directly to a meteor).
