Cecil Turtle is a Looney Tunes incarnation of the turtle from the Tortoise and the Hare stories.
He made his debut in 1941 in “Tortoise Beats Hare”, and also appeared in “Tortoise Wins by a Hare” (1943) and “Rabbit Transit” (1947). We describe all of them in this note.
