Why in Database: The turtles appear here only as a mention in a joke told by one of the characters. We only hear the ending in which someone, probably a policeman, asks a snail if he could describe these turtles, probably the perpetrators of the incident. To which the snail denies, adding that everything happened too quickly.
“Well, can you describe these turtles?” And, uh–and the snail says, “No, sir, I can’t. It all happened so fast.”
